我院2017年将与27个省（区市）邮政企业合作实施订单招生，共安排1227名订单招生计划，为方便广大考生了解报考，现将订单招生的有关事项解读如下：

●订单培养内涵

订单培养是我院开展校企合作人才培养的重要模式，主要内涵是：学院根据企业提出的订单专业和数量需求编制招生计划，实施订单招生； 学生入学后与学院和企业签订三方培养协议；学院与企业共同制定订单式人才培养方案、共同进行培养； 学生毕业时符合培养协议要求企业为其安排工作。该模式有着“招生即招工、入学即就业”的典型特征，得到了考生和家长的高度认可。

入学签协议、毕业时订单企业安排工作，减少了学生的就业压力； 校企合作共同培养，人才培养的针对性强、适用性好；毕业生到工作岗位后专业对口，上手快，职业生涯发展空间广阔。
